Folk singer-songwriter Kimberly Walsh bares her soul in a soothing, nostalgic and familiar way as she navigates her melodies through songwriting. Based out of Columbia, South Carolina, Kimberly brings a warmth and hope through her songs, where her writing and voice take center stage.

Her debut album Rain Garden was released mid-summer of 2022. The six-song EP was beautifully produced by sound engineer and producer Kenny McWilliams of Archer Avenue Studio. Later in the year they teamed up again and went on to release a warm, ethereal track titled Love Still Burns. Influenced by artists like Kathleen Edwards, Madi Diaz and Mindy Smith, Kimberly digs deep into the complexities of relationships and acknowledging the different types of feelings that emerge along with them. The good and the bad, the gains and the losses—these ups and downs are processed best for her through writing lyrics and creating intentional melodies with her instrument and voice.

Kimberly started picking up guitar in the third grade and has grown a love for performing ever since. Whether playing a wedding ceremony, social event or a show with talented friends, she finds joy in the art of sharing music and the power it holds in bringing people together.
